HOW QUALIFICATION WORKS

Four steps from entry to Apex Pro status. Each stage raises the bar — only the best advance through to earn tour cards and full playing rights.

ENTER STAGE 1

Open to professionals and amateurs meeting handicap and eligibility requirements. Multiple Stage 1 events across Europe, GCC, and Asia. Choose your preferred venue and date.

1
2

ADVANCE TO STAGE 2

Top 25 finishers from each Stage 1 event advance, joined by exempt players (past champions, federation nominees, ranking qualifiers). Tougher fields, elite venues.

FINAL STAGE

The premier event of the Qualifying Series. Six rounds at a signature venue. Top finishers earn Apex Pro Tour status for the coming season, with Category A, B, or C designation.

3

EARN APEX PRO STATUS

Successful qualifiers receive tour cards, event starts, ranking points, and access to the full Apex Pro Tour ecosystem including training weeks and media exposure.

EXEMPTION CATEGORIES

Winners of Apex Q Series Final Stage from the previous three seasons receive a direct exemption into Stage 2 or the Final Stage, depending on their finishing position and subsequent tour performance.
A limited number of sponsor exemption spots are available at each stage. These are allocated to players nominated by official Apex partners and approved by the Tournament Committee.
National golf federations in participating regions may nominate up to two players per Stage 1 event. Nominees must meet minimum handicap and eligibility requirements as published in the Regulations.
Apex partner clubs hosting qualifying events may invite a limited number of their members (subject to eligibility) to participate in Stage 1 at their venue. Invitations are non-transferable.
Players ranked within the top 500 of the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) or holding a handicap index of +2.0 or better are eligible for direct entry into Stage 1. Players within the top 200 WAGR may receive exemptions into Stage 2. Full criteria are published in the Regulations PDF.

Apex seeks dialogue, cooperation, and alignment — never confrontation.

Apex respects:

Local laws & regulations Sporting integrity standards Anti-doping frameworks Player freedom & mobility

Apex builds bridges, not borders.

Apex is tour-neutral and tour-friendly. Players may compete freely on any tour. Examples of leading international tours Apex respects and works alongside:

01 PGA Tour
02 DP World Tour
03 Asian Tour
04 PGA Tour of Australasia
05 Sunshine Tour

THE APEX CODE
Film · Book · Real-World Event Series

Not a "golf movie" in the classic sense. A hybrid film + book + real-world event series where golf is the gateway into leadership, business, mindset, and elite decision-making.

What The Apex Code Actually Is

A semi-documentary action-adventure series built around real locations, real members, and real challenges. Each episode / chapter blends:

🎥 Cinematic storytelling
💼 Real business & investment environments
⛳ Elite sports settings (especially golf)
🧩 Hidden knowledge, riddles & decisions under pressure

Golf is used because it naturally represents calm power, precision, ethics, and long-term thinking.

1. Golfers as Modern Leaders

Golfers are portrayed as strategic thinkers, emotionally disciplined decision-makers, and people who compete against themselves, not just others.

Apex philosophy: Master the inner game → the outer game follows.
2. Golf as the Setting for High-Level Business
Locations
Elite golf resorts · Private courses · Invitation-only Pro-Am events
Meeting Points For
Investors · Entrepreneurs · Family offices · Innovators

Golf becomes the neutral ground where trust, deals, and alliances form.

3. Apex Golfers Are Not Just Athletes
Elite amateurs Professionals Golf course owners Golf real-estate developers Mentors & "gatekeepers"

Some play themselves, others are portrayed by actors.

4. The Storyline Angle
A golfer enters a tournament or private invitational
Hidden rules, ethical dilemmas, or strategic choices appear
Winning is not about the scorecard, but about:
Integrity Courage Long-term vision Creating value for others
The real "prize" is access, knowledge, or impact — not money alone.
5. Real Events ↔ Film ↔ Book

This is key and very different from normal films:

✓ Real Apex Golf & Business Expos happen
✓ Parts are filmed on location
✓ The story is written around real environments
✓ Members, brands, and talents appear organically

The film promotes the events, and the events become part of the film universe.

🏁 Final Statement

Apex does not ask for permission. Apex offers cooperation. Apex builds its own system — while respecting all others. This is how the golf world grows together.

This section is intended for tours, agents, federations, and institutional partners who require clarity on the Apex governance model.

Non-Governing Body

Apex is not a competition authority, not a tour regulator, and does not replace any existing federation or governing body. All existing tour rules and structures are fully respected.

Open & Non-Exclusive

Participation in the Apex ecosystem is non-exclusive. Players, clubs, and tours remain entirely free and independent. Apex does not require exclusivity from any participant.

Club-Based Ecosystem

Apex operates as a club-based ecosystem connecting professionals, clubs, sponsors, and tours. Events are hosted by decentralized partner clubs, not centrally controlled.

Tour Compatibility

Apex is open to mini tours, regional tours, global professional tours, and independent organizers. Any tour can use the Apex ecosystem to publish, connect, and gain visibility.

🏁 Philosophy: Apex is an ecosystem that connects the world of business with the world of golf — in an easy, fast, and affordable way. Every member can gain the Apex superpower by using the ecosystem to their advantage and the advantage of other members: post the Golden Ads, tell who you are and what you want. Apex is about connection. Apex makes life easier for players, clubs, tours, business people, shops, sponsors — local and global — together in one Apex World, connecting the top 15% of the world. Built on trust since 2000, operated by Apex Business Group Worldwide.
